The Single Man's Financial Checklist

The income is solid.
The shame hasn't left. Why?

Ten questions every man earning $85K+ should be able to answer. Most can't honestly check more than four. The free checklist tells you exactly where you stand — and what each gap is costing you.

The Methodology

Three phases. One outcome: competence.

The checklist is the start. Behind it is the 3C Framework — the same progression we move men through in the 12-week Financial Stewardship Intensive.

Phase 01
Clarity
Weeks 1–4 · Know your money

"Know well the condition of your flocks."

Spending behavior gets mapped honestly — without judgment. The data tells the truth before any plan is built.

Phase 02
Control
Weeks 5–8 · Master your money

"The plans of the diligent lead to abundance."

Budget construction, debt attack, and discipline systems that don't depend on willpower to survive a hard Thursday.

Phase 03
Competence
Weeks 9–12 · Grow your wealth

"Whoever is faithful in little is faithful in much."

Investing foundations, independence framework, and the decision-making tools that carry past the program.

The checklist is where the work starts.

The Premise

This isn't a knowledge problem.
It's a behavior problem.

You don't need another book. You need a system that survives the days when motivation is gone — and someone who holds you to the standards you already say you want.

Common questions

What men ask before they say yes.

Do you offer coaching?
Yes — the Financial Stewardship Intensive. A 12-week one-on-one program built for single men, 30+, earning $85K+. It's how the checklist becomes a system you actually live by. The program is application-based, after a fit conversation. The checklist is the right first step. If what comes next is a fit, we'll talk.
Do I have to make a certain income to join?
The program is built for single men earning $85K or more. Not because lower earners don't need this — but because the program is calibrated for men who already have the income and are losing ground despite it. If you're below that threshold but serious, bring it up when we talk.
I already know how to budget. Is this still for me?
Then this isn't about teaching you something new. It's about building the system and accountability that makes the knowledge stick. Most men know what to do. They just don't do it consistently. That's what 12 weeks of coaching solves.
I don't want anyone in my finances.
That discomfort is common — and usually the most honest signal that this is the right move. The program is confidential. I'm not judging your numbers. I'm helping you build a system that gives you control over them. The discomfort you feel right now? That's the same discomfort that's been keeping you stuck.
What if investing in yourself is out of reach right now?
That feeling — that investing in yourself feels like a stretch — is worth examining honestly. There may be options. There may not be. Either way, the conversation is worth having. Start with the checklist.
Why no women, couples, or college grads?
The work is built specifically for single men, 30+, with strong income. The psychology, the framing, and the accountability rhythms are all tuned for that life stage. Other audiences are better served elsewhere.

Who's behind this

I built this for the man I used to be.

I'm Zulla Haile, founder of BAG Coaching. For most of my career, I earned well and had nothing to show for it. Bigger paychecks just funded bigger versions of the same patterns. The shift didn't come from more knowledge — it came from honest tracking, behavior change, and accountability I couldn't dodge.

That's what BAG Coaching teaches. The checklist is where it starts. If you want what comes next, the program is here when you're ready.
